New websites and rebuilds built to catch more enquiries, for trades, shops, restaurants and local services.
Get in touchThe website brings enquiries in. The automations follow up each one.
Made for one business, in its logo and colours. Built for phones, with the enquiry form up front.
Invented businesses, to show what we can make. Already have a site? We'll rebuild it.
Your website, inbox and diary, joined up so the follow-ups go out for you.
You deal with Oliver, the owner, from first email to launch and after. Oliver sets up and checks every automatic reply before it goes live, and reads every email you send us.
AI tools help us build sites and draft emails. The owner checks it all before you see it.
You email us or fill in the form. We reply within 1 working day.
We agree what goes on the site, once we have your photos and wording, or the link to the site you have.
We design and build it, and show it to you working. About 3 weeks, or 4 for animated or 3D.
We set up the automations on your email and diary, and test each one with you. About 1 week.
It goes live. We host it and make small updates as part of your plan.
Here's what we'll ask for:
Send us the link and we'll take what we need from it, so there's much less to send. We'll ask only for what's missing. We'll help you move your domain, or work with whoever looks after it now.
For automations: permission to use your email and diary, which you can take back any time.
Examples of what we can make.
White is near, black is far. This is what makes the photo move in 3D.
Yours would be designed for your business: your logo, your colours, your words.
Don't see your kind of business? Most local businesses fit. Tell us yours.
12 examples. We can design in almost any style you like, or around your own brand. Pick one to see Sett & Sward's page in it.
Concept: an invented company. Each picture is a page we coded in that style.
Each one works with your email and phone, from the first enquiry to the review. We build each one on your own email and diary, and test it with you before it goes live.
A website, a website with follow-ups, or follow-ups alone. No VAT to add.
Every package includes your website. Animated or 3D is an upgrade.
Bigger sites (more than 10 pages), an online shop or restaurant table booking cost more. We tell you the fixed price before you agree.

Any automation, for the site you have or on top of a package.
A website takes about 3 weeks from when we have your photos and wording. Animated or 3D takes about 4. Automations add about 1 week. We confirm the dates in your plan.
Yes. Before launch, two rounds of changes are included. After launch, small updates such as wording, photos and prices are included in your plan, up to 3 small changes a month. Bigger changes are priced first.
Your words, photos and logo stay yours. Once the setup fee is paid, the site we build is yours to keep. Your domain is registered in your name, and we pay for it while you're on the monthly plan.
Email us. We reply within 1 working day, and fixing faults in your site or automations is included in your plan.
Hosting (we host it for you, nothing to set up), your domain, small updates, and keeping your automations running. Texts, in Plus and missed-call text-back, are charged at what they cost us: about 5p for a standard text, and longer texts count as two.
They don't answer your phone, write your quotes or reply in your own words. They send the replies and reminders you've approved, when you choose. A text can't reach a hidden number. No chatbots.
For the automations, yes: a free one, to hold your job list. On Outlook? Tell us first and we'll check it works before you pay.
No. Everything is done by email, at times that suit you.
You deal with Oliver, the owner, from first email to launch and after. Oliver sets up and checks every automatic reply before it goes live, and reads every email you send us.
Yes. We rebuild it around your logo and colours, and keep your web address and email. It costs the same as a new site.
Usually. Send us the link and we'll check before you pay anything.
Yes. Email us 30 days ahead to stop. Hosting and automations end then. You keep your website: we send you its files or move it to a host you choose. You pay for your domain from then on.
Half the setup fee when you say yes, and the rest when your site goes live. The monthly fee starts when it goes live. If you stop before launch, the first half covers the work done so far and isn't refunded.
All payments go through Stripe, a well-known payment company. You get an invoice from Stripe for each half of the setup fee, which you pay by card. The monthly fee is also taken by card through Stripe. Nothing is paid on this website, and we never ask for card or bank details by email, text or phone.
Phones that struggle, and anyone who turns motion off, get a still version instead.
We set up what Google reads: page titles, descriptions and a link to your Google Business Profile. Nobody can promise a top spot, so we don't.
A few short questions. We reply by email within 1 working day.

Garden design and landscapingDesign visits Monday to Saturday
Patios, planting and lawns, designed on paper with you before a single sett is laid.
Ask for a quoteEvery garden starts with a design visit. We measure up and listen to how you use the garden: where the sun falls, where the children play, where the bins go.
Then we draw it. A scale plan, with planting for every season, and two rounds of changes before the price is fixed.
Our own team lays the setts, the edging and the lawn. Afterwards, care visits every 2 or 4 weeks keep it the way it was drawn.
“We draw every garden before we dig.”
Made up by Support Labs to show where reviews go. Your site would show your real reviews.
“They drew the plan with us at the kitchen table before anything was dug.”
“The patio drains properly now, even in heavy rain.”
“The side passage was left tidy every evening.”
Design, build and care by one small team.
A survey and a scale plan, planted for every season.
Setts, porcelain or gravel, on a proper base.
Turf or seed, and borders planted to the plan.
Sleeper beds, corten edging, brick walls and fences.
A visit every 2 or 4 weeks to keep it the way it was drawn.
Six of our gardens. Open one for its plan, materials and how long it took.
Tell us about your garden. We reply by email to arrange a design visit.
Eight steps, visit to handover.
A small courtyard takes about 5 weeks; a big family garden about 8.
A visit every 2 or 4 weeks keeps the garden the way it was drawn.
| Garden | Every 4 weeks | Every 2 weeks |
|---|---|---|
| Small, up to 50 m² | £95 | £85 |
| Medium, 50 to 150 m² | £130 | £115 |
| Large, over 150 m² | £180 | £160 |
Every 2 weeks suits lawns and busy borders. Every 4 weeks suits courtyards and gravel gardens. Change or stop by email.

Design visits within two weeks. Builds start about two months after the plan is agreed.
A quarter when you book the build, the rest in stages as it goes. Nothing for the design visit.
